Rex and Houston favor a slower-cure system for stronger adhesion and longevity. A typical installation is about two and a half days, with exact cure and return-to-service timing confirmed in the estimate.

Yes. A customer may add either one floor cleaning each year for $600 per year or two floor cleanings each year for $500 total per year to the written project agreement. Optional cleanings help preserve the longevity of the finished floor system.
Can I choose any of the 15 Simiron flake color blends?+
Yes. Twin Lakes Epoxy offers every current Simiron Decorative Chip blend shown in the color gallery. After the customer confirms the preferred blend from a current physical sample, Rex orders that selection specifically for the job.
