Daily care
Remove grit, clean spills promptly and use cleaning products suitable for the installed finish. Avoid dragging sharp or heavy items. Ask the crew for the care instructions and return-to-service timing for your actual coating.
Optional cleaning plans
The written agreement may include one annual cleaning and inspection for $600 per year or two cleanings and inspections for $500 total per year. Confirm your selected plan and its scope with Rex or Houston.

Contact the team about damage, persistent stains or changes in the surface. Written project terms govern coverage; a maintenance plan does not by itself create a lifetime warranty.
