After installation
Follow the return-to-service instructions provided for your coating system. Keep grit under control, clean spills promptly and use compatible cleaning products. Avoid dragging sharp or heavy objects across the surface.
Written coverage
Ask for the written coverage, exclusions and maintenance responsibilities that apply to your project. This page does not promise a lifetime warranty or a fixed service life. Substrate conditions, use and maintenance all affect a finished floor.
Optional cleaning and inspection
The project agreement may include one annual cleaning and inspection for $600 per year, or two cleanings and inspections for $500 total per year. Review the specific election with the owners before signing. An optional care plan is not itself a warranty.
