Information we collect

We collect the contact, property, project, appointment, estimate, job, invoice, payment-status, and communication information you provide by phone, email, or text. Payment credentials are collected and processed by PayPal or Stripe; Twin Lakes Epoxy does not store full card numbers or PayPal passwords.

How we use information

We use information to screen requests, schedule estimates, prepare proposals, complete work, send transactional confirmations and reminders, collect payment, maintain business records, provide customer service, and request honest feedback after service.

SMS and email

Transactional messages are sent only for the request or service relationship. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS and HELP for help. You may opt out of nonessential follow-up email using the link provided or by contacting us.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share only what is needed with service providers that operate the CRM, hosting, communications, calendar, email, and payment systems, or when required by law.

Retention and security

We keep records as reasonably necessary for service, accounting, dispute, warranty, and legal purposes. We use access controls and service providers designed to protect information, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
