Prepare a sound surface
Old coatings, surface damage and cracks need assessment before a decorative coating is installed. We discuss the removal and preparation needed for the coating system and document the repairs included in the quote.
Understand the limits
Ongoing movement, water intrusion or structural damage may require other work before coating can proceed. A surface repair does not promise that a moving crack will never return. Describe any prior repairs or failures at your estimate.
