Estimate requests

Speaking with Mary creates a request in Twin Lakes Epoxy’s CRM. An appointment is confirmed only after Twin Lakes Epoxy sends a confirmation. Availability, site conditions, travel distance, weather, and owner schedules may require adjustment.

Estimates and work

Online information is educational and is not a binding quotation. The written project estimate or agreement controls scope, pricing, materials, exclusions, cure timing, scheduling, and payment terms.

Payments

Invoices may offer PayPal as the primary option and Stripe-hosted card checkout as a backup. A payment is recorded only after the payment provider verifies it. Processing time, holds, refunds, and disputes are also subject to the provider’s terms.

By providing contact information and the required consent, you authorize transactional communications about your estimate, project, appointment, invoice, payment, and service follow-up. See the SMS terms and privacy policy for details.

Site content

Flooring performance varies with slab condition, preparation, moisture, use, maintenance, and environment. Images and general statements illustrate available finishes and processes; only the written project documents describe a specific job.

Optional cleaning election

A written project agreement may let the customer elect either one floor cleaning each year for $600 per year, or two floor cleanings each year for $500 total per year. The selected option must be shown on the signed agreement and recorded with the job.

Optional cleanings help preserve the longevity of the finished floor system.
