Estimate requests

Speaking with Mary creates a request in Twin Lakes Epoxy’s CRM. An appointment is confirmed only after Twin Lakes Epoxy sends a confirmation. Availability, site conditions, travel distance, weather, and owner schedules may require adjustment.

Estimates and work

Online information is educational and is not a binding quotation. The written project estimate or agreement controls scope, pricing, materials, exclusions, cure timing, scheduling, payment terms, and any project-specific warranty.

Payments

Invoices may offer PayPal as the primary option and Stripe-hosted card checkout as a backup. A payment is recorded only after the payment provider verifies it. Processing time, holds, refunds, and disputes are also subject to the provider’s terms.
