How to choose
Color is only one part of the floor.
Light blends brighten garages and shops. Mid-tone blends are forgiving in active workspaces. Dark or high-contrast blends make a stronger statement. Flake size, broadcast density, base coat, texture, and topcoat also affect the final result.

Optional floor-care plan
Cleaning and inspection can stay on the agreement.
Customers may elect a recurring cleaning and inspection option in the written project agreement. Each visit gives Twin Lakes Epoxy an opportunity to clean the floor, inspect its condition, and identify concerns early.
Warranty terms are still being finalized. Selecting a care plan does not create or define lifetime coverage by itself. Any limited lifetime warranty, exclusions, customer duties, transfer rules, and claim process will be controlled by the final written warranty attached to the signed project agreement.
